My name is Alfonso and my passion is food: the growing, understanding and cooking of beautiful, nourishing unadulterated fresh food.

I have been involved in the culinary arts for over 25 years and have studied nutrition and food science.  I'm an avid horticulturist, bee keeper, chicken keeper and have been practicing aquaponic farming for the last 3 years.

My approach to cooking is simple, holistic and always fresh and I believe that sustainable practices are paramount for a positive coexistence with nature and optimal health.
